Transform your Life with Mindfulness Meditation 

through Campbell Adult Community Education on 

 Wednesday Evenings: 6.30-8.30pm
from 17 January to 7 February 2018

Life is growing increasingly challenging, and is demanding skilled approaches from us.  This 4 week class will introduce meditation techniques to enhance our presence and attention, improve our listening and communication skills, and increase our ability to be kinder to ourselves and others.   

 Ongoing scientific research into mindfulness meditation's benefits reveal that it helps with:
  • better stress and anxiety management, and decision making,
  • improved mood and memory, 
  • slowed brain aging, 
  • increased calm, immunity and focus, 
  • less reactivity, 
  • greater emotional intelligence and social competence,
  • to name a few.
