Feedback and Comments - Mindfulness: Foundational Practises to Grow Attention
I learned how to be
more alert and in control. I’ve relaxed
a ton and started to care of me from the inside. I wanted to thank you for a
wonderful learning work shop on mindful meditation. This was my first anything in meditation as I
always thought it was the most dreadful thing to have to sit there for so long,
but I've learned so much about meditation and myself in the last week that I
hadn't learned my entire life time.
I wanted to thank you
for removing the curtain from my eyes and allowing me to see life and the world
with a clear vision.
Masei Shirkodhaei, San Jose, CA
I’m thinking about things differently especially way to not be
reactive. It will take some time before
I feel less distracted but I appreciate learning some new skills. I found that I could sit still in a mindful
and not mindless way.
Gayle Hull, San Jose, CA
I was able to utilize the mindfulness gap during a working meeting when
things got tense and I began to feel tense and potentially reactive. I was more centered and mindful at my church
service; less judgmental of myself and more present.
Debbie Weber, San Jose, CA
I noticed I felt the need to meditate; felt like I was missing
something when I did not do it.
Lynn Beard, San Jose, CA
I feel calmer and more empowered, even hopeful to find answers within
me and my way in life. I am more present
and more aware of myself and the ones around me. I can practice mindfulness everywhere and I
even look forward to practicing it even when I walk my dog. More aware of everything around me and what’s
happening in me. It helps me break the
habit of negative thinking and give my mind a break.
S Baynes, Willow Glen, CA
I am more aware of my feelings, of others actions and reactions and
more aware of my reactions. I have
caught myself before I am starting to react angrily to a situation. I have
caught myself doing a habit I want to improve.
Marta Flores, San Jose, CA
I am able to bring myself back to attention or to the present moment
more frequently. I am more calm. I
noticed I think a lot about people and school.
Meditation helps bring back focus.
Prima Shariff, San Jose, CA
Casey made the mindfulness concept very clear to follow regardless if
people are beginners or long time meditators.
Just keeping in mind that I need to meditate helps me to calm
myself. Formal walking meditation is a
great new experience for me as an amputee.
I learned to slow down myself.
Trying not to judge myself and others but it will take practice.
Ling L, San Jose, CA
I could have used this information at many turning points in my life,
as well as simply daily living.
Jan Prevetti, San Jose, CA
I’m restarting a meditation practice.
I feel more present and aware at this time. I am already in good place
and I’m looking to improve on that place.
[I now know] to be kind to myself during this process.
Chris Pedersen, San Jose, CA
I feel less distracted and more calm.
I have useful tools. I feel I can
be more successful in clearing my mind now that I have the right
techniques. Both sitting and walking
will help me be more calm as it has started to do so already.

Feedback and comments from participants in the “Mindfulness: Practices to Grow Self Knowledge” course.
When I decided to take
this class I was looking for something that will help me reduce stress and
enjoy life and Family. I found help not
only for the stress but for other aspects of my life. I learned incredible
things about my own self. I'm very happy
with all the things that we learned because now I try to see life and
everything around me in a different way.
Casey is an excellent
teacher who makes you feel very comfortable and supported as she guides you
through all the exercises. Thank you.
Walter V, San
Jose, CA.
I realized that accepting is giving me a change to be free from my negativity and judgments, which only tire me and make me unhappy. I feel stronger knowing I have tools to make me a more courageous person by facing myself. I am excited to begin to know and accept myself. I will keep on working on this meditation for myself and for a better life, and therefore giving others a better part of me when I’m around them.
Leticia M, San Jose, CA
Noticing things showed me how to return to my breathing to calm myself and clear my thinking. I learned to become a better listener.
K.L.
San Jose, CA
I decided to take this class hoping to learn how to reduce
stress, anxiety and at the same time to enrich my spiritual practice. This workshop did both things for me. Now, I
pay attention to my breath more often in my everyday life, and I am aware of
the sensations and emotions the body brings out when it is under stress and I
am able to calm it down through proper breathing.
The 2 most impactful things I experienced during the
workshop were:
1.
The use of my breath to get rid of a
stomach pain due to anxiety.
2.
During Body Scan Meditation a
two-days-migraine headache went away– that was amazing!
Marta F, San Jose, CA
I’ve become more aware of issues in my
life, which gives me an opportunity to deal with them consciously. I’ve begun to live more consciously.
Bill C, San Jose, CA
This class helped me find peace and a method
to calm the brain in the middle of the night to help me sleep. I’m having a better relationship with my
family. Being mindful of myself before I
talk and understand the other person better.
Kellie A, San Jose, CA
I became more aware of my feelings and
sensations. I’m more open to talk to my
family about the way I feel.
Karla F, San Martin, CAI’m more motivated to confront things in life that are scary. I’m more willing to solve problems instead of avoiding them or resenting them. I’m a little more open to change. The most impactful things for me was having moments where I could understand what I was doing was not helpful, and realizing that there are people around me who are going through the same things as me.
Alicia

I
learned several powerful tools by which to practice mindfulness. I’m growing my
awareness of my body, mind and the emotional connections. And awareness of my resistance to mindfulness
(change/growth). Some powerful experiences of the power of mindfulness that
give me hope and motivation to maintain a spiritual practice. [Grown my] awareness
of sensing my serene, aware, compassionate and radiant self.
Rita
G, San Jose, CA
Being
in the moment has made me a calmer person which has resulted in a higher
awareness of situations which cause me stress in my life. [I learned] tools of
meditation to bring calmness into my life.
And bringing calmness into day to day activities.
Lola
H, Los Gatos, CA
It
taught me to be more gentle with myself.
And the importance of taking/making time for my meditation so that I’m
able to deal with life and others in a better way. The thought labelling
meditation helped me identify my predominant thoughts. Now that I’ve identified them, I can address
them instead of letting them consume me.
Loving Kindness meditation brought me closer to each person and made me
realize how important they are to me. It’s
helped me see life from their perspective and how fragile and strong each of
them is.
Lynne
H, Los Gatos, CA
More
awareness and reinforcement of benefits of a well-grounded meditation practice. Two most impactful things for me were
noticing my thoughts and my connectedness to the world and universe.
Don
G, San Jose, CA
I
feel more peace in my life. I learned
different ways and times (during activities) that one can meditate. Helping me manage my emotions.
Barbara
G, San Jose, CA
I’m
more aware. I especially found the
eating meditation useful to be aware of and to choose to change bad
habits. The body scan really helped a
lot with my back ache. I’m getting
better at staying in the present moment and am not letting my mind wander as
much, which is a challenge with ADD.
Sarah
P D, San Jose, CA
It
helped me with noticing and observing my feelings. With awareness I was able to catch my
feelings after my body sent me the signs.
I was able to observe my feelings and just let them be so they calmed
down or changed after a while. Being more conscious, aware and present in the
moment, I got the taste again of how beneficial meditation is, and it helps
calm my thoughts down. Thank you.
Kata
L, San Jose, CA
I
was able to learn meditations that I can use throughout my life. I learned meditations that I didn’t know
existed but that were helpful and insightful.
The Loving Kindness and Thought Labelling meditations were helpful and
eye opening. I realized I’m
uncomfortable with being good to myself during the Loving Kindness
meditation. During the Thought Labelling
meditation it was helpful because I had more a place to put my thoughts when my
mind became full of them.
Alicia
B, San Jose, CA
I caught myself reacting to criticisms from others
by later trying to find something wrong with the other person. I realized this
is not healthy for me or for the relationship.
I realized my discomfort in situations where I might have to reveal
feelings and inner emotions with complete strangers, however nice. I learned
that I really need to analyze my reactions to situations if I hope to sleep
better and feel less anxious.
I noticed several times, when I’d get in the car, I was quiet and my eyes open. I think you can meditate anywhere. Different times I was really stressed with impending surgery and I was just a mess. I would notice that and I would notice the physiological effects and I would notice that and I would calm myself down. I was able to purposely calm myself down and it was really nice to be able to do that and it came in handy
I got too many benefits to fit into this small space [the number of lines on the feedback sheet]. Mostly, I feel less stressed, and more calm; I know that there’s something I can do and practice that helps me feel better. I’m not a slave to my reactions and emotions as much.
I
was able to feel a sense of calm and peace that I’ve not felt in a long
time. I have hope for the future with
less stress and better relationships.

I’m
more aware. Feeling more at ease with
myself and with being around others. I’m
also thinking about internal things. I’ve more understanding for myself.
Laurie

I
got life skills, knowledge and awareness.
Learned how to meditate so I can be more aware and mindful. I can check in with my emotions now. Learned to put my fear aside and get things
accomplished.
Kay

I
increased my awareness of everything around me and to be more mindful of my
reactions to them. I was able to become
a better listener, and to eat more slowly and mindfully. And meditation helps me fall asleep easier.
Nannette

I
learned tools to help my mind from spinning and the importance of staying
present. I proved to myself that I can
sit still! I experienced a deeper meditation that I had not before.
Kay
L - Saratoga, CA
I’m
learning to accept what I’m feeling and thinking and stopping the internal
dialog. I got the chance to stop and
reflect on what was happening in me. We
had enough time to practice the different meditations and share our
experiences.
Lynne
H - Saratoga, CA
I became more aware of how I feel, my surroundings, and my reactions to stimuli. I’m more mindful and in meditating I’m realizing what I need to work on.
Latonya M - San Jose, CA
I’m much more aware of how I impulsively react to things and how helpful it is just to notice and be in the moment. I liked finally learning how to meditate and all the practice we got in. [The activities] made me much more aware of what was going on in my body.
Roberta
L - Santa Clara, CA
It
has helped me become aware of the thoughts and experiences that go through my
mind, but also to accept them and not be so reactive to them. Being part of a group and sharing were
helpful to me. I tend to make up my mind,
judgments about others and their judgments of me. The sharing helped me with trust.
Gail
M - Santa Clara, CA
This
was my first introduction [to meditation].
I liked how the information was presented and the practices. I have only
recently started journaling and I like putting thoughts, feelings down in
writing. I liked the group sharing and hearing other’s stories. I was able to
practice what I learned outside of class. I liked the idea of a buddy...it made
me feel accountable.
Marge

I
pay attention to the present. It was
slow and easy. It gave me new information
which I could use.

[This
course] taught me to honor my time and self.
My first time taking a course on Mindfulness and I really enjoyed it.
Gloria
A - San Jose, CA
[This
course] was a step towards full relaxation.
It allowed my brain to open up to opportunities because I learned to be
aware of, but not distracted by, the world around me as I was in a state of
meditation.
The
different types of mindful[ness] meditations, the focus on gentleness and
kindness to yourself and others, the mindfulness in eating was
enlightening. I combined my mindfulness
journaling with my creative writing journaling.
Both classes have helped me strengthen and develop my creativity muscle.

It’s
amazing I walked in this morning and I wasn’t feel[ing]good at all and how
completely different I feel now. I was really going this way. Going out in nature [walking meditation] is
amazing. Thank you.
Mary

I just need it
[mindfulness meditation] for myself and the proof is for me. If it works for me that’s all I need; it
really does make you aware of the moment.
Heidi B - Los
Gatos, CA
It helped a lot to say I’m going to try it [mindfulness meditation] and “allupa”. I really enjoyed it and none of it took as long as I thought. It was always pleasantly “oh, like I can do this”.
Mary K - Saratoga, CA
Walking and
being aware of things when I walk. Washing dishes was easy for me. Easy for me to be mindful because it’s an
activity. Good time for me because doesn’t
take a lot of framework and give me opportunity to...and paying attention to
what I’m doing.
Laurie K - San
Jose, CA
I meditated
all over the place. Went into backyard; sometimes have trouble doing what I’m
supposed to be doing; have to do it my way.
Hearing the freeway, birds and everything. Calming hearing everything. Sitting quietly, and then the cat got onto my lap and first impulse was to get her off me but
she just sat there quietly. Amazing and
I developed a feeling of love, and it was pleasant because I thought it was going
to be distracting.
Kay R - San
Jose, CA
I like things
to be like this and this [just so] and it’s based on previous experience. But now I’ve been noticing it [this habit] whereas
before I never really noticed it.
Heidi B - Los
Gatos, CA
I had like a
major breakthrough. I think all this [mindfulness meditation] has
given me the confidence to address my fears.
I think it’s all this stagnant thoughts that it can’t be done. Well, I went and bought a new printer and car
yesterday. I kept thinking “they are
going to charge me too much and I can’t do this by myself and...I tell myself I
can’t do things. I made a list of all
the things I wanted to do and started doing them. Meditation I don’t know but for some reason I
thank you because whatever it is I’m going to be grateful because it got me
going rolling...So I’m very happy.
Kay R - San
Jose, CA
I found myself
meditating for shorter times and it worked well for me. Just a minute or two and just to slow down and
focus.
Nanette H - Los Gatos, CA
We are learning not to be so hard on ourselves. We are all learning and can’t expect to reach that point but maybe to reach and work on things. I have clutter in the house and it bothers me but not enough to do anything about it. Normally I tense up and I keep walking...around the house, so I was doing walking meditation and “this is really helping”.
Kay R - San Jose, CA
I’m continuing
to look for work and Monday I met with a woman at what I thought was a great
interview...Later in the week I was checking in, well, she’s interviewing 3
more people. And I went from here [happy] to here [sad] in nothing flat. I reminded myself, let’s just notice what
happened here and why? Just because I
heard there’s 3 more people, I automatically think “oh, I don’t have a shot and
I’m not good enough”...I find this is helping me to get out of that rat hole of
thinking and spinning.
Kay L - Los
Gatos, CA
I made
breakfast and said “sit calmly and taste your food”. I’m used to eating so fast
and then going to do something. I’d go “stop”, and I did stop. It was interesting. I was thinking about eating meditation a
lot. We went out to dinner, and I felt
like I tasted my food and it was good food but it tasted better.
Heidi B - Los
Gatos, CA
I was at
Tevana and I was making this noise and sound as I sipped my tea. I didn’t
realize I was making that noise but I was enjoying that tea.

REIKI TRAINING REVIEWS
I like to believe I have have some power to
use Reiki to heal myself at some level.
I would like to cultivate the power by practicing. I am more clear about my judgments. Learning about my own judgment is unpleasant
and scary but is also an opportunity to look at myself ata deeper level.
Reiki Levels I & II

My guides showed me they are with me. I’ve been able to feeld guided by my hadns
during a Reiki session. I tot a lot of
information which makes me understand the power of Reiki and how to use
it. I have been experiencing Reiki self
healing- body aches have gone. The heart
chakra attunement was beautiful and at the end of the attunement I had a burst
of emotion from my heart center. It has become very easy to sit down and meditate
and pray. It is as if I’m craving for
it.
Reiki Level I & II
Marta Flores, San Jose, CA
I feel ready to start healing others and
today for the first time I could really feel the energy between my hands. When Casey started the attunement it felt
like cool water was flowing in through my head.
I have mainly practiced on myself and I always feel relaxed and peaceful
afterwards. My hope is that I will have
same effect on my clients. I am a lot more sensitive to energy and I was
wanting to feel that. Now that I can it
is a very special feeling.

I have more compassion for people and their illnesses. To now I can help people in a gentle loving
way. I’ve become more sensitive to other

Reiki Level I & II
Karla Flores, San Jose, CAAs the old saying says “When the pupil is ready, the teacher appears”, that is what exactly happened to me.
I had always wanted to learn Reiki and for some reason or
another it did not happen. One day by the end of September, my sister mentioned
to me that Casey was planning on giving a Reiki Course.
Then, I knew the moment has arrived and Teacher appeared. I
just finished Reiki level s I&II with Casey. I couldn’t have asked for better teacher;
Casey is a lovely compassionate human being, very knowledgeable in what she
does.
It is so beautiful and amazing to work with the Reiki
energy, which I am constantly interacting with. I am very conscious that my
Reiki guides are with me during the healing sessions; I have been able to feel
them close to me and for that I am very thankful for.
Thanks Casey for sharing your light!
Marta F, San Jose, CA
I was lucky enough to meet Casey last May at a pranic healing clinic in San Jose. I have had healings done before by other people, but I never felt the energy from them like I did with Casey. I asked if she did private healings and she does, so I went to her privately. I found them to be very helpful to me. Casey is very easy to talk to, and she seems to always know the right thing to say. Energy healing is an amazing thing and it really works. I always leave her healing session feeling much better.
Casey teaches mindfulness and Reiki classes. I have taken both from her. Her teaching style is very clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend her as a teacher or a healer. I feel very blessed that our paths crossed as I have learned so much. Thank you Casey.

REIKI & PRANIC HEALING REVIEWS
Before my first
appointment with Casey I felt very unhappy in my life. I am a very emotional
person so I feel and take on every emotion out in this world which can be
extremely overwhelming. I didn't know how to help myself because I felt like I
had years of baggage I was carrying around.
During our first
meeting I did believe in energy but during our session I felt vibrations I felt
emotions and I was unsure if what I was feeling was real. I slowly felt years
of emotions released from inside, I did not realize I was carrying so much
mental weight. I didn't really have much thought during the session it was more
of relief. I walked out of our first session with some understanding of letting
go and how to protect myself from negative emotions. We conversed about keeping
up the meditation that I learned when taking her class a few weeks before. That
was the first step, attending those two classes that opened my eyes to seeing
someone that may finally understand what I'm feeling and help me to figure out
what to do with those emotions. After leaving her home after my first session I
felt HAPPY I had a permanent smile on my face and nothing was going to take
that away from me, because now it was mine. I was allowed to be happy, I was
allowed to love myself. It was an amazing feeling that I really couldn't
explain to anyone, but it was mine now.
I use to be stressed
out to the max, anxiety at a ten almost every day. My patience was non-existent
and my tolerance was even worse. After spending time with Casey and putting
into practice meditation and letting emotions go, to let a moment pass before
instantly reacting it changed my whole day. My husband noticed an instant
change I was more affectionate with him, it was like our session made the old
resentments disappear, I was now able to let myself trust and just live in the
present with him. People at work would say I look different or I seem happier.
I now let words bounce off of me and think before I speak or act now.
Our second session was
even more enlightening, it gave me the push to make changes in my life. I
learned things about myself that I knew and felt but could not put into words.
I felt like it identified how I was feeling and made it easier for me to
acknowledge it and then move forward. I've spent the last weekend de-cluttering
one room at a time. Donating goods and boxing up things to put into storage to
make more space in my home for good energy flow. We've lived in our apartment
for 7 years and have outgrown it and making these changes has really improved
my well-being in my home.
Looking forward to my
next appointment in November. I've downloaded an app on my phone and now
meditate with other people around the world. I live daily with intention and
presence honestly thanks to Casey taking the time to acknowledge me in class,
not with words but I felt a connection with her on the first day of class and
I'm beyond happy that she is now a part of my life.
Taking Casey’s Mindfulness class helped me bring my attention to the present moment. It will takes lots of practice for me to stay present but I am thankful to now have a tool to learn to be present.
After finishing the mindfulness class, I decided to seek Casey’s treatment
for cleansing my energy. As a child I was injured in an accident that caused my
left leg to be amputated, so being in my body even as an adult has been very
traumatic for me. The energy healing
sessions have helped me begin to feel and be in my body again and they have
grown my sensitivity to the energy.
In my line of work, I regularly need to have my energy field cleaned;
the pranic healing cleansings restore balance to me emotionally, physically and
mentally. Each time during and after the
session, I feel clean and clear.
Casey has a gift of being intuitive; her healing power and spiritual
wisdom bring light to my healing journey.
Thank you, Casey. I am glad that
I found you.
Ling L, San Jose, California.
I am a practicing Buddhist. Through my spiritual practice I’ve
learned how to deal with emotions associated with past emotional injuries and
trauma. I’ve also become more aware of the body-mind connection, and
in my practice work to have better awareness of how my body feels, especially
during the stressful periods of my life. For instance, my shoulders and neck
become tense when I’m worried.
In my sessions with Casey she applies her Reiki or Pranic Healing
methods to those areas of my body where I hold tension. As she does her
healing, I bring mindfulness to the targeted area. It can be an intense
experience: the best way I can describe it is that she is giving the targeted
areas a hug—complete with the associated release of endorphins and
serotonin—even though many of the methods are touch-free. The combined
result is that the tension melts away. I sleep better and I feel more settled
emotionally.
How does it all begin? Casey is one of those rare people who
immediately puts you at ease with her natural openness, gentleness,
non-judgment, and warmth. She begins the process by inquiring about your
motivation for seeking healing, explains her healing practices and how they
could help address your issues, and
answers any questions you might have about her practices. She then tailors your
sessions to address your needs and goals, appropriate to where you are both as
an individual emotionally and to your level of comfort and level of experience
with these methods of healing.
All this is to say that Casey has an amazing capacity to meet you
where you are, and the skills to help you heal.
Abby P, Sunnyvale, CA
When I came to see Casey for the first time, I was experiencing a great deal of emotional trauma and grief. Immediately, I felt a shift, a slowing down of the speediness. Soon, I realized Casey has a natural ability to calm, listen and understand what I am experiencing. I was very new to this type of energy work, so Casey talked me through what would happen and why. I left feeling refreshed and curious to see how my life would go in-between visits with her. After just a few sessions, I no longer felt like I was spinning out of control, but had a clear idea of what I was experiencing, and a few tricks to cope such as feeling where in my body I felt the emotional conflict, and how to build a protective energy space for myself in difficult situations. Casey is great at giving me practical advice on how to be who I am in the world which gave me a chance to feel more comfortable, grounded, and better able to cope with the ups and downs of my emotions.
Amy D, Mountain View, CA
While taking
Casey’s Mindfulness Meditation class recommended by my sister and seeing how
professional, knowledgeable, caring, loving and passionate she is about helping
people, I decided to have a Pranic healing session with her.
After the
first session, I felt relaxed, somewhat tired and spaced-out for a couple of
days as Casey worked on my head to treat my chronic migraines and removed unhealthy energy that was affecting me
emotionally and physically for a long time. The second session was the
opposite, I felt relaxed and full of energy.
I decided to
continue having a series of healing sessions to continue the healing process of
my body and to ease my path to spiritual growth.
So far, I’m more relaxed and feeling great and
ready for whatever the day brings!! I highly recommend Casey for any type of
healing work. Thank you Casey for
helping me out!!
Karla F, San
Martine, CA
I recently received a Reiki healing session from Casey. This was my first time receiving Reiki so I wasn't sure what to expect. The session itself was very soothing and relaxing. Casey was always making sure I was totally comfortable during the session. After the session was done, I left feeling relaxed and refreshed and as my day went by, the sense of relaxation was deeper!!. I definitely recommend Casey for this type of healing work!!
Karla F, San Martine, CA
I received a nice present from my beautiful sisters: a couple of sessions of Pranic Healing with Casey. The first of the session she welcomed me with a very sweet smile and a loving hug that made me feel relaxed, like I knew her already. During the sessions she always checked on me and helped me become more aware of my body and the energy. I noticed her energies working to relieve pain in my body. I have never felt so peaceful before. Thank you Casey for lifting up my spirit.
Y.M. Santa Cruz, CA
When I walked in this morning everything hurt. From head to tailbone. On a scale, my pain was 9. While you are working on me, I noticed warmth
on my back and I'm more peaceful. I feel a
release from the pain. When I’m done
with the healing, I usually feel so much better. The very first time you did the healing, it
was so shocking when I got up out of my chair and it didn’t hurt. I hadn’t even thought about it and it was
amazing. I wondered how did this happen.
It didn’t hurt! What happened? It was
surprising. I’m feeling pretty good now
and I’m not picking up on any pain. I
feel so much more free from pain.
Barbara G, San Jose, CA
I feel the energy that is coming and what you are doing in my
aura and in the different spots where you are working. And I love this feeling; maybe it’s because I
know something is there and it’s a confirmation and it’s also different. Somehow it stops my mind and I don’t have
thoughts circling all over. It’s so
peaceful. I just love this energy. It’s like a bubble. And I’m different from when I walked in and
when I walk out. I feel light, without
problems. It’s great. I don’t have to think
about coming here for a treatment.
Kata L, San Jose, CAThank you dear Casey for your lovely presence and Reiki skills. You are a gifted vehicle for divine energy transmission and harmonizing our physical and subtle bodies. Brilliant! I had a wonderfully grounded afternoon and a productive one at that ;o).
Thank you again with all my heart's gratitude.
Donna W- Saratoga, CA
I’m very grateful for the day I
met Casey and the loving, compassionate presence she has provided during my
healing sessions with her. The warmth
she sends allows me the space to feel comfortable and at ease because it comes
from the heart.
Heather A – Oakland, CA
Amazing! Open minded I came, not an expectation, and
I just surrendered to the energy of Pranic Healing. So easy! It was beautiful.
I sincerely believe Casey was born to do this. And she is very gifted.
The healing began with a very light, casual
conversation that put me, a new comer, quite at ease. An overview of the
session was offered along with some deep inhalations of an exotic lavender
essence. Casey then reads your energy. She is very in tune to you and is
constantly making sure you are comfortable. She encourages questions and is
intermittently checking in vocally with you. She is present and allows you the
comfort of tuning into yourself.
Close your eyes if you wish or keep them open. The
window of the sanctuary looked upon blossoming trees and a simple verdant
spring garden. During the healing, I just followed shapes in the silent,
whispering clouds as she had me lay on my back for a portion. I felt in touch
with myself and quite in the present moment despite the mind reminding me of
responsibilities of my outside life. But I just chased them away as I tuned
into the energy flowing within me. it was very calming, relaxing, and
reawakening.
I highly recommend Pranic Healing to everyone
wanting more connection to the energies of life and to themselves. Come open
minded and willingly.
Open minded I came into Casey’s Pranic Healing and
with lightness I continue on my journey. Now, I feel like I want to skip along

I so appreciate your monthly reflections on your website. They are so heartfelt and insightful. Keep sharing on Facebook-that is a good reminder to practice mindfulness daily! Loving thoughts to you.

I was in your last Mindfulness class at Del Mar. I have been enjoying your web-site and correspondence. Sharing this also helped as I have been experiencing some health issues myself and this gave me some insight into dealing with them.
I want to thank you for the enlightenment you gave me regarding mindfulness. I try to be mindful, but [it’s] not always easy, but certainly it has improved my life.

As usual, you write with clarity and insight. I love the way you process the changes life brings to you! In this latest post, I resonate with your comments about developing curiosity, interest and detachment (the latter is not easy, especially about our own body!) about whatever the challenge is. I truly believe knowledge is important, as then we can decide how to proceed with a sense of purpose and hope.
Thank you, my friend! with love and peace.”
